This Privacy Policy explains how I, Guillaume Normand, collect, use, protect and share your personal data when you visit this website (the “Site”) or contact me. I am the data controller for this data. You can reach me at gui.normand-pro@outlook.com.
I collect personal data in the following situations:
Contact form: your name, company, work email address, message and, if you choose to add it, a link to a job offer.
Interview booking: the details you enter when booking, such as your name and email address, and the date and time of the appointment.
Email exchanges and interviews: your email address, any personal data you include in your messages, and what we discuss.
Site visits: aggregated audience statistics, as described in the article on cookies and analytics.
This data is used only to:
reply to your messages;
organise and follow up on interviews and job opportunities;
measure the Site’s audience and keep it secure;
protect my legal interests if necessary.
The contact card (.vcf) and the QR code on the contact page are generated in your browser. Downloading or scanning them does not send me any data. I do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
I process your data on the following bases:
Steps taken at your request before a contract when we discuss a possible job or collaboration.
My legitimate interests in replying to the people who contact me, measuring the Site’s audience, keeping it secure and protecting my legal interests.
Legal obligations where a law requires me to keep or disclose data.
I do not sell your personal data. I share it only:
with your consent;
where the law requires it, or to protect my legal interests;
with the service providers below, who process it on my behalf or for the service concerned.
Service providers:
Framer: website hosting, contact form and audience statistics. Privacy statement.
Microsoft Outlook: email. Privacy statement.
Cal.com: online interview booking. Privacy policy.

Some of these providers, or their subcontractors, process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. In that case, the transfer relies on an appropriate safeguard under the GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision, including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients, or standard contractual clauses. You can ask me for more information using the contact details in this policy.
I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
Messages sent through the contact form are transmitted to my email inbox through Framer. The tools I use are protected by strong passwords generated by a password manager recognised by ANSSI, the French National Cybersecurity Agency.
I keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet my legal obligations, and for no more than five (5) years after our last exchange.
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights over your personal data:
Access: you can ask for access to your data.

The Site is built and hosted with Framer, which acts as my data processor. It uses no advertising cookies and no cookies that require your consent.
Audience statistics are provided by Framer Analytics, which does not use cookies or persistent identifiers. To count daily unique visitors, it hashes your IP address and browser information with a salt that changes every day.
When the booking calendar is displayed, Cal.com may set the cookies needed for it to work, such as for preferences and security. Cal.com states that it does not use third-party advertising cookies.
